Terms and Conditions

In order to be eligible to participate in the Airtricity Trolley Dash Competition, an entrant must (1) agree to sign up as a customer of Airtricity and (2) answer the Airtricity Trolley Dash Competition question correctly. If the entrant satisfies the two aforementioned conditions, it shall be entered into a draw by Airtricity Limited (“Airtricity”) to win a prize of a Airtricity Trolley Dash in SuperValu. Only new Airtricity customers who switch to Airtricity in a participating SuperValu store during the Airtricity Trolley Dash promotion period shall be eligible to participate in the Competition.

The winning customer’s name (the “Winner“) will be drawn by Airtricity and the Winner contacted and given a date and time for the Airtricity Trolley Dash. The awarding of the prize of the Airtricity Trolley Dash by Airtricity to the Winner is conditional on the Winner’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the Winner does not accept these Terms and Conditions, the Winner shall be excluded from the Airtricity Trolley Dash Competition and Airtricity reserves the right to carry out a further draw to determine a winning customer for the Airtricity Trolley Dash Competition. At the Airtricity Trolley Dash, the Winner will take part in a fun race against the clock to fill the trolley from SuperValu’s shelves with Free Groceries (subject to the following conditions). The Winner has only three minutes to fill the trolley to a maximum value of €300. Alcohol beverages, formula intended as the sole source of nutrition for infants under 12 months, petrol, lottery, giftcards, mobile top-up or tobacco products are excluded from the Airtricity Trolley Dash promotion. The Winner agrees that details of the Winner (name, town/city, county and photograph) may be posted on Airtricity’s website (www.airtricity.com) and other promotional materials as well as any press releases which may be distributed to national/local media. The entrant must be 18 years of age or over and be legally resident in the Republic of Ireland. The Winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving a prize. The Winner is only entitled to one prize of the Airtricity Trolley Dash and will not be eligible as a winner for any further competitions organised by Airtricity. This promotion is not open to employees or family members of Airtricity (or its parent or affiliates), its agents, contractors, consultants, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw. Airtricity reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants to the Airtricity Trolley Dash Competition. There shall be no cash alternative to the prize of the Airtricity Trolley Dash. Airtricity excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss or damage caused to the Winner arising out of the prize awarded as part of the

Airtricity Trolley Dash Competition and in respect of any liability arising due to the Winner’s participation in the Airtricity Trolley Dash. By entering the Airtricity Trolley Dash Competition, the entrant agrees to warrant that all information submitted by it is true, current and complete. Airtricity reserves the right to cancel or amend the Airtricity Trolley Dash Competition or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. If there is any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Airtricity Trolley Dash Competition, the decision of Airtricity shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into with any entrant. Airtricity assumes that by entering the Airtricity Trolley Dash Competition (and by entering the Airtricity Trolley Dash Competition, the entrant, warrants that) it has legal capacity to enter the

Airtricity Trolley Dash Competition and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Airtricity reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
