Accounts Payable Manager

Airtricity is seeking to recruit a high calibre accounts payable manager to help oversee the accounts payable function.

Reporting to: Finance Manager

Job specification

·          Manage accounts payable department

·          Reconciliation of bank statements

·          Reconciliation of creditor statements

·          Assist in the implementation of a new accounts payable system

·          Preparation of VAT returns

·          Manage RCT process

·          Electronic payments/transfers

·          Assist in treasury function

·          Manage creditors

Person Specification

·          A high calibre candidate with at least 3 years work experience in accounts payable

·          Management experience

·          Knowledge of Sun system would be an advantage

·          Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills required.

·          High levels of energy and motivation.

·          Experience of automated accounts payable process.
