Sales Administration & Data Entry Supervisor

Sales Administration & Data Entry Supervisor Airtricity is seeking to recruit a Sales Administration & Data Entry Supervisor, reporting to the Commercial Manager. This is an interesting career opportunity in the core business area of sales administration.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage sales agent administration and office-based communication to both sales agents and managers.
  • Manage all data entry of contracts on to system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reconcile weekly commission calculations with billing system.
  • Produce weekly analysis of sales including consumption by product and estimated revenue.
  • Produce tenders showing cost-savings for customer and margins for Airtricity
  • Organise credit scoring of all contracts and work closely with credit control department to ensure prompt credit checking.
  • Liasing between in-house departments: Customer Care, Credit Control & Sales Agents, by feeding through sales leads and any other callout requests.
  • Monitor processes within department on a daily basis with view to improving accuracy and efficiency of customer registration.
  • Work as a team member within the Commercial Department and company as a whole to assist in the achievement of overall department and company objectives.
  • Work closely with regional sales managers as part of a coherent team.
  • Manage the development and appraisal of staff within the section.

Key skills and attributes required for the role:

·         At least 2 years experience working within a sales administration or similar service-focussed / sales-related environment.

·         Strong interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving ability.

·         A team player with an open and flexible work style.

·         Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and systems reporting.

·         Ability to co-ordinate and deliver a variety of tasks, work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

·         Ability to respond to challenges in an innovative and persistent manner.
