Development Executives (x2)
Since establishing a presence in the United States, Airtricity has built up a portfolio of development interests in both green field and part developed assets. The company now seeks to put in place a number of development executives to work with the existing development teams.
The core responsibilities of the role will involve:
- Identification, assessment and selection of potential wind energy sites
- Successful delivery of wind farm options and lease from landowner
- Selection of the most suitable contractors/consultants for the progression of the project
- Management and supervision of such personnel throughout the EIA/planning process
- Interaction with all the key people responsible for permitting, both locally and state level
- Interaction with the Airtricity Construction and Engineering team
The Candidate
- Good project management skills and highly organised approach to work
- The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- The candidate should be comfortable presenting to senior management and should be capable of managing internal and external resources with ease.
- Excellent knowledge of the permitting process for major infrastructure development both State and Federal level.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in multiple locations against tight timeframes and budgets.
