Who will deal with your query?
Stage 1.
Your query will be handled by a Customer Service agent. If the outcome is not to your satisfaction, you may request the issue to the dealt with by a Customer Service Team Leader. A Customer Service Team Leader will always be available during office hours.
Stage 2.
If at this stage you fell that your issue has not been resolved, you may request to be put in contact with the Customer Service Manager.
Stage 3.
If you are not happy with the solution proposed by the Customer Service Manager, you may then request the issue to be escalated to the Sales & Marketing Director.
Stage 4.
If at this stage you have a complaint about our service that you feel has not been dealt with to your satisfaction, you may refer your query to the CER (Commission for Energy Regulation). Contact the CER: Plaza House, Belgard Road, Dublin 24. Telephone: 01 -4000 800. Email: info@cer.ie.
