Last summer, we conducted a comprehensive survey of our customer base to determine satisfaction levels with the various elements of our service including billing frequency, bill layout, billing options etc. Based on your valuable feedback, we have invested significant time and resources into a new integrated Customer Service and Billing system which will allow us to make numerous enhancements to our service.

The following are some of the improvements you will notice over the coming months:

For your convenience and to help the environment – view your bills on-line!

In keeping with our ethos of being kind to the environment, you will soon be able to access your Airtricity account on-line where you can view bills, analyse electricity consumption and lots more. You will be issued login details to view your account on-line over the coming weeks.

For transparency - new bill layout

You will receive a new-look Airtricity bill. The new lay-out will make it easier for you to understand. You will receive a full explanatory guide with your first new bill.

For simplicity - your new Airtricity Account Number

You will have one Account Number regardless of how many premises you have with Airtricity. When you receive your new-look bill, your new Account Number will be displayed at the top of the bill. Customers with Max Demand and Interval Meters will be allocated a separate Account Number.

For consistency - fixed billing date

You will be issued your bill on the same date each month. This means you will always be billed for *one month’s usage – so your bills will be more consistent.

Important note for customers with more than one premise with Airtricity

Any unallocated credits on your account will be allocated towards the oldest outstanding balance due. For example, if premise A is in credit and premise B has a balance outstanding, the credit from premise A will be allocated towards the balance outstanding on premise B.
