How do I add someone to my account?

To add another name to your account please contact our Customer Service team with your:

  • SSE Airtricity account number

  • Your name

  • The name of the person(s) you would like to add

We’ll then update your details and you should be able to view this on your next bill.

Tip:

If you’re a gas customer we strongly recommend you submit meter readings, otherwise your gas bill can be delayed.
