How do I check the balance on my account?

You can check the balance on your account at any time by logging into My Airtricity online. If you’ve just made a top-up payment, please allow up to 5 days for this to be reflected in your account.

If you don’t have access to My Airtricity you can find out your balance by contacting our Customer Service team.

Tip:

You don’t need to wait for your bill to start paying it. Make extra top-up payments at any time using any payment method you like.
