How do I know what my monthly payments will be?

We will send you a letter with details of:

  • The amount of your monthly payments, and
  • The date your direct debit will be taken from your account

Both the amount and the date of the payment will be the same each month.

We will always contact you before making any changes to your monthly payment amounts.

Account statement

Every 3 months, you’ll receive a statement on your account, so you’ll be able to see if your usage has changed and if your monthly payment needs to be adjusted.

Payment review

We review your payments four times a year.

If your usage patterns change

If you start using more electricity (for example, if you build an extension to your house), you should contact our Customer Service team on 1850 81 22 20 to see if your monthly payments need to be increased.
