To pay off an outstanding debit balance on your account, just contact our Customer Service team on 1850 81 22 20. We’ll review your account and, where appropriate, calculate a new monthly payment amount.
We regularly monitor your monthly payment amounts to prevent debit or large credit balances building up on your account. But if your electricity usage has increased significantly, your monthly direct debit may not be enough to cover the cost. In this case, you will be required to increase your monthly payment level to reflect the new usage level.
If the amount outstanding on your account is €500 or more you will be required to pay off the balance; if the amount is less than €500, we will increase your payment amount to gradually reduce the balance.
