What happens if the amount of electricity I'm using changes?

If there has been a change in the amount of electricity you’re using, please contact our Customer Service team on 1850 81 22 20 so we can adjust your monthly payments to reflect this.

It’s also a good idea to submit regular meter readings during this time so we can accurately calculate your new monthly payment amount, if needed. We’ll always contact you first before making any changes to your payments.
