Your first bill won’t be on Budget Plan because we need to get an idea of how much electricity you’re using before we can calculate your monthly payments.
So, your first bill will be a normal bill, and then we’ll use the information from this (plus other factors, such as the time of year) to work out how much you need to pay each month.
After your first bill we’ll notify you what your monthly direct debit is going to be, and you’ll then receive an account statement every 3 months.
