How to submit a meter reading

There are two ways to submit your meter reading:

Online

Login to My Airtricity to submit electricity and gas readings and manage your reminders at any time.

These lines are automated and available 24 hours a day:

Electricity: Call ESB Networks on 1850 337 777 (Callsave) with your MRPN number
Gas: Call Bord Gáis Networks on 1850 427 732 (LoCall) with your GPRN number

You can find your MPRN or GPRN number on top right corner of the your bill.

Note: It's important not to send us more than one reading on the same day, as this could cause your bill to be delayed.
