You can switch to direct debit by calling our Customer Service team on 1850 81 22 20. You’ll need your:
- Bank account number
- Sort code for your current account, and
- Airtricity account number (this can be found on any past bill).
Alternatively, you can download a direct debit mandate form. Fill it in and send it back to us.
