I lost my SmarterEnergy card. How do I get a new one?

If you’ve lost your SmarterEnergy card and would like a new one, please complete this form with your name and Airtricity account number. We’ll send out your new card within 2 to 3 weeks.

Making payments in the interim

While you're waiting for your new card to arrive, you can still pay your bill or make top-up payments to your account through your post office and selected PostPoint outlets using your bar-coded Airtricity bill. You can also make payments online or by using any of our other payment methods.

 

Tip:

You don’t have to submit meter readings – but your bills will be more accurate if you do.
