If you need to change any of the details on your SmarterEnergy card, just complete this form with your Airtricity account number and we’ll send you a new card.

Making payments in the interim

While you're waiting for your new card to arrive, you can still pay your bill or make top-up payments to your account through your post office and selected PostPoint outlets using your bar-coded Airtricity bill. You can also make payments online or by using any of our other payment methods.
