Your price per unit for day and night rates will vary depending on which tariff you signed up to. You can check what tariff you're on by looking at the ‘Rate’ column on your bill.

Once you know your tariff type, you can look up your day and night unit rates on our Tariff List. The unit prices per each tariff type will be listed as ‘Domestic Day’ and ‘Domestic Night’. You’ll need to select the right one based on whether you pay by direct debit and/or are signed up to eBilling.

Day rates are charged from 8.00am – 11.00pm in the winter and 9.00am – 12.00 midnight during the summer. There is no change in the day rate when you use the night rate.
