Terms and Conditions: Win a free iPad 2 (Autumn 2011)
1. All domestic Airtricity customers who receive their bill by e-billing or who switch from postal bills to e-bills on or before the 29th February 2012 are eligible to enter the competition to win a Free iPad2 (16GB with Wi-Fi only) ("Competition").
2. The Competition is organised by Airtricity Limited (a company registered in Ireland with registered no. 317386 and having its registered office at Airtricity House, Ravenscourt Office Park, Sandyford, Dublin 18) or its parent or affiliates (“Airtricity”). Airtricity trades from Airtricity House, Ravenscourt Office Park, Sandyford, Dublin 18.
3.To be eligible to participate in and win the Competition, entrants must:
- be an existing Airtricity customer in the Republic of Ireland;
- agree to participate in the Competition and to these Terms and Conditions; and
- be 18 years of age or over.
- The customer must email their name and account number to ebilling@airtricity.com
- Only one entrant per account
4. The prize for the Competition ("Prize") will be an iPad2 (16GB with Wi-Fi only).
5. To claim the Prize the winner of the Competition (“Winner”) must:
- receive their bill by e-billing or sign up to receive their bill by e-billing on or before 29th February 2012; and
- have their account with Airtricity fully paid up to date
6. The prize draw for the Competition will take place on or before 31st March 2012 (“Prize Draw”). The Winner will be notified by telephone within 24 hours of the Prize Draw taking place and subsequent written notification will be sent by post. Airtricity will arrange for delivery of the Prize to the Winner’s billing address no later than six weeks from the date of the Prize Draw.
7. There will be no cash alternative to the Prize.
8. By entering the Competition, the Winner agrees to allow the free use of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by Airtricity or any associated or subsidiary company of Airtricity. No fees of any kind will be paid to the Winners for any publicity.
9. Airtricity reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants to the Competition. The Winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving the Prize.
10. This Competition is not open to Airtricity employees or their immediate family members or those of Airtricity parent or affiliate companies, its agents, contractors, consultants, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition. Furthermore, Airtricity reserves the right to disqualify any entries which it deems, in its sole discretion, to contravene the spirit of the Competition.
11. Airtricity excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss or damage caused to the Winner arising out of the Prize.
12. The Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions and the Winner is responsible for ensuring that any such terms and conditions are complied with (and shall bear the cost of such compliance).
13. Airtricity assumes that by entering the Competition or using its website, the entrant warrants that it has legal capacity to enter the Competition and all information submitted by it is true, current and complete.
14. Airtricity reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be posted on Airtricity’s website.
15. If there is any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Competition, the decision of Airtricity shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into with any entrant.
16. Airtricity reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
17. If any entrant is disqualified from the Competition, Airtricity in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement contestant should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
18. Airtricity is not responsible for problems with entries caused by any factors outside its control. Proof of transmission or posting cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. Airtricity does not accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
