BindooThe Bindoo wind farm was commissioned in March 2007. The wind farm consists of 32 turbines, 48MW near Cootehill in Co. Cavan. The wind farm is expected to supply green energy to around 30,000 homes and could mitigate around 120,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide per annum. |
