This is how it works
We will send you an email/SMS alert each month before we are due to calculate your usage. Once you receive the alert, simply take a meter reading and send it to us. We will then incorporate the actual usage into the calculation of your next bill. It really is as simple as:

1: READ your meter when you receive the alert.  It only takes a few minutes.

2: CLICK onto your account online and go to "Submit a meter reading"

3: SEND the reading to us online

How to avail of this free service:

If you would like us to send you an email and/or SMS alert each month, simply log on to your account online to register for this free service.

Please note: this service is not available to Max Demand customers or customers on Interval billing.  If your Airtricity bill has been based on estimated meter readings for a period of time, the first bill you receive after providing an actual meter reading may, as a result, be higher or lower than your previous estimated bills. This is because your bill has been adjusted to reflect your actual electricity usage.
