Direct Debit is the easy and hassle-free way to pay your bills. It helps to avoid missing payment dates, overdue balances and reminder letters. As a Direct Debit customer you also receive our appropriate Direct Debit discounts.

We will always let you know the amount and date in advance of debiting any money from your account. If your direct debit payment is not in line with your regular payment pattern, we will refund the amount in full. This can be requested up to 8 weeks after the direct debit date.
