I've forgotten my username/password, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your password you will need to reset the password for security reasons.

To complete this process you will the email address you provided when you switched to Airtricity.

In the case where you have more than one account registered against an email address you will be asked some further questions about your account.

You can reset your password using Business Online's Forgotten Your Password page.
