If you have any difficulties with making payments, please call our Customer Service team on 1850 81 22 20. The sooner you call us, the earlier we can help you with a payment plan that suits you and avoid building up arrears.
For Direct Debit customers, if you know there won't be enough in your bank account on the due date for payment, just call us at least 4 working days before the due date to cancel the Direct Debit. If you don't let us know, it will go through as normal and, if you don't have enough to cover the amount you will incur a charge. Your bank may also charge you a fee
Did you know, you can pay by Direct Debit (to get our Direct Debit discount) and make regular top-up payments to spread the cost of your bills. You can make top-up payments, click here in any Post Office, online at Airtricity.com and Billpay.ie or through your bank account.
