What happens if I change my payment method from Direct Debit?

You can cancel your direct debit at any time by writing to us and to your Bank.

If you cancel your direct debit, you will no longer be able to avail of the Airtricity Budget Plan. You will be billed bi-monthly and your payment will be due 14 days from your bill date. Unfortunately you will lose both your Airtricity Budget Plan and DD discounts and you will have to pay a security deposit of €500.

There may be a charge if you do not let us know you have cancelled your direct debit and a payment bounces.
