How do I apply for a position?
Individuals interested in employment with Airtricity may apply by submitting their CV to careers@airtricity.com.
What happens to my CV after it is submitted?
Upon submission of your CV you will receive an e-mail notification confirming that your application has been received Your CV is then available to our HR Team who will review and assess your skill set. A member of the HR Team may contact you for additional information, which will be gathered via a phone conversation or a face to face meeting. A shortlist of candidates who meet the requirements for the vacancy will then be sent to the Hiring Manager. Selected candidates will then be contacted to begin the interview process. Interviews take place via phone, face to face, or video conference and are conducted by members of the HR team and/or the hiring manager and are followed by psychometric testing. The number of interviews may vary based on the position.
What happens after the interview?
Upon completion of all interviews, the HR team and/or hiring manager will make a decision. Once a decision is reached, an offer of employment will be extended to the candidate that best meets the requirements for the position. All interview candidates will receive notification from the company on the outcome of their application.
