Why are regular meter reads important? |
The more actual meter readings we have on your account the more accurate both your billing and any future estimates will be. We always recommend that you submit regular meter readings. This way you only pay for the electricity you use and you avoid building up debt. |

Who reads my meter? |
Your meter will continue to be read by ESB Networks up to 4 times a year. ESB Networks read all meters – no matter who your supplier is. You can also read and submit a meter read as often as you like. |

What do I do if I think my meter is faulty? |
Faults rarely happen, but if you think there might be a problem with your meter, there are some checks you can do. |
