How do I know someone knocking on my door claiming to be an Airtricity salesperson is who they say they are?

Authorised Airtricity sales people have prominent identification (ID) badges and will be very happy to show them. The ID badge has a free phone 1800 number which you can call to verify the identity of the agent. Alternatively, or if still unsure contact us immediately on 1850 40 40 70. In all cases, we'd advise you never to open the door or allow a stranger into your house unless you're happy to do so and you're sure they are who they say they are.
