Which tariff is relevant for my account?

Your tariff is linked to your profile. Your profile can be found in the box in the top right hand corner of your bill.

Profile 1 = Domestic Urban, also called Urban 24 hour
Profile 2 = Domestic Urban Nightsaver
Profile 3 = Domestic Rural, also called Rural 24 hour
Profile 4 = Domestic Rural Nightsaver

What other charges might I be billed for?

It may be necessary on occasion for you to avail of certain meter services for which there is a charge. Such services would include meter exchanges, meter installations/removals and disconnections/reconnections.

What happens if the ESB change their prices?

Don’t worry, you’ll still be getting cheaper electricity. Your Airtricity discounts are linked to ESB prices, so if their prices change, so will ours. Your discount against ESB will still be the same.

What happens to my prices if I change my payment and/or billing method?
