How do I access Airtricity Business Online?

To access Airtricity Business Online you will need the username and password provided to you with your Airtricity Welcome Letter.

Please note: we recommend that you change your username and password when you first log on to your account.

To log in go to Airtricity Business Online.

I've forgotten my user name, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your password you will need to reset the password for security reasons.

To complete this process you will need your Meter Number (this can be found on any previous bill) and your Airtricity account number (which can be found on any Airtricity bill or your Welcome Letter) and your account email address.

You can reset your password using Business Online's Forgotten Your Password page.

What are the benefits of Business Online?

Business Online allows your to manage your account online. You can access your information at a time that suits you. You can use your account to view and manage your bills online. You have access to all previous Airtricity bills and can see a full history of all your payments. All when you want to.

How do I view my bill online?

Previous bills can be viewed any time. When a new bill is ready we'll drop you an email to let you know that it's available to view.

How do I submit a meter read?

You can submit a meter read online using your Airtricity Business Online account.

  1. To submit a meter read using Airtricity Business Online's Submit Meter Read page.
  2. If you are not already logged in if you are not already logged in
  3. Enter the date of the meter read in the format dd/mm/yyyy, e.g. 21/01/2010 for the 2st of January 2010
  4. Enter your meter read (see Meter Read Guide for details)
  5. Click Submit
