How do I know someone knocking on my door claiming to be an Airtricity salesperson is who they say they are?

Authorised Airtricity sales people have prominent identification (ID) badges and will be very happy to show them. The ID badge has a free phone 1800 number which you can call to verify the identity of the agent. Alternatively, or if still unsure contact us immediately on 0845 601 4321. In all cases, we'd advise you never to open the door or allow a stranger into your house unless you're happy to do so and you're sure they are who they say they are.

What do I do if there is a power cut?

If there is a power cut, please contact NIE on 08457 643 643.

What happens if I'm disconected?

I've moved into a property which has been disconnected, what do I do?

How do I find my Airtricity Account number?

You'll find your account number in the top centre of your bill.

You can also find your account details through My Airtricity, your online self-service account. Your account number will appear on the top right hand corner of the screen.
