If you want to close your account you’ll need to provide us with:
- Meter readings taken on the same day you notify us
- If you’re moving, a forwarding address so we can send out your final bill
These aren’t necessary, but if you don’t supply them your property could be disconnected:
- If you’re renting: contact details for the new tenants or your landlord
- If you’re selling: contact details for the new occupants or estate agent
Once you have all your details just call our Customer Service team on 0845 601 9093 to close your account.
