Your rates are linked to your payment and/or billing method, so if you change one (or both) of these your rates will change too.
Your rates will go down if you:
- Sign up to eBilling and choose not to receive bills by post
- Decide to pay your bills by direct debit
Similarly your rates will go up if you cancel eBilling or decide not to pay by direct debit anymore.
