Why am I still getting bills from my previous supplier?

You should receive just one final bill from your previous supplier after you switch over to SSE Airtricity. This should arrive 4 to 6 weeks after you sign up, although it may take longer if you didn’t submit a meter reading when you switched.

If you continue to receive bills from your previous supplier after this point, please contact our Customer Service team.
