If you’re having trouble registering for My Airtricity you should:

• Check your email address – make sure to try your work and/or personal email if you’re not sure which one you used
• Check your phone number – try your landline and/or mobile
• Check your Airtricity account number against your Welcome Letter

If you’ve tried everything and are still having problems, just contact our Customer Service team and we’ll help you register.
