You can make full or top-up payments using any of the following payment options:

Online Payments
You can now make payments through our Airtricity online payment facility. You'll need the following to hand:
- My Airtricity login (or Airtricity account number if you're not registered)
- Credit or debit card
- Valid email address

Through your bank
- Direct debit (to set up a direct debit contact our Customer Service team on 0845 601 9093)
- Standing order (you can set up a weekly, fortnightly or monthly standing order to pay a regular amount off your bill)
- Online transfer
- Phone banking
Our banking details - Electricity customers
Make sure to use your 6 or 7 digit Airtricity account number as the bank reference. Without this reference, your payments won’t be credited to your account.

If you're an Airtricity Gas customer (formerly known as Phoenix Gas), you can find the relevant bank details on the Airtricity Gas website.

Cheque
Please make cheques payable to Airtricity Energy Supply (NI) Ltd and print your 6 or 7 digit Airtricity account number on the back of your cheque. Without this reference, your payments may not be credited to your account, so be sure to include it.

You can top up your KeyPad meter through the following options:

Online through Airtricity.com (debit cards only)
You can purchase a top up online through Airtricity.com and have the power code emailed to you instantly.

Paypoint outlets
Go to any approved PayPoint payment outlet in Northern Ireland.

Payzone outlets
Go to any approved PayZone payment outlet in Northern Ireland.

For all Visa credit and Mastercard transactions made by phone, a payment processing fee of £5 (inc of VAT) applies.

NEVER send cash payments in the post.
