Yes, on the back of your bill there is a section called ‘Usage Details’ which contains all of the meter readings during your billing period.

The meter readings will be labelled as:

• Actual (A) – NIE Transmission and Distribution visited your house and read your meter. This happens 4 times a year.
• Estimated (E) – If we don’t receive a reading we estimate your usage based on your past actual readings and average daily electricity use for this time of year.
• Customer (C) – A meter reading you submitted.
