Terms & Conditions

  1. 2 year fixed term ‘Home Electricity Saver 24’ tariff discounts vary by payment and billing methods.
  2. Discounts are against regulated NIE Energy Quarterly-billed Home Energy unit rate (with non direct-debit and postal billing) or equivalent tariff. Other discounted NIE Energy rates may be available.
  3. Year 1: unit rate discount applies for the remainder of the sign up month plus the next 12 consecutive months, provided that valid meter reading(s) is provided at sign-up. 
  4. Year 2: unit rate discount applies for the next consecutive 12 months.
  5. If you leave the ‘Home Electricity Saver 24’ tariff or your contract with Airtricity is ended at any time before the end of the  ‘Home Electricity Saver 24’ tariff term, an exit fee will be applied to your account. If this happens during Year 1, the fee is £50 (incl. VAT); if it happens during Year 2 the fee is £25 (incl. VAT). 
  6. After the expiration of the fixed term, or if you leave the ‘Home Electricity Saver 24’tariff, your account will be switched to the standard Airtricity rate(s) applicable at the time.`
  7. Year 1: unit rate discount applies for the remainder of the sign up month plus the next 12 consecutive months, provided that valid meter reading(s) is provided at sign-up.
